Creating New Hardware Selections

Modified on Wed, 1 May, 2024 at 12:56 PM

Start by opening the WoodCAM Database > Hardware table.

Use RemoteEntryDefault as a starting point.

Right-click and copy remote entry default, and make a new record in the data table.

Each configuration change must look to data that is already set in the database. For example, if you changed Assemble Screw to Construction Screw, this must be referenced in the ScrewCams data table.

The data in the ScrewsCams table will influence what is generated on the hardware report list within WoodCAM, as exampled below.

The hardware series should then be changed to look to the newly created record. - ManufacturerSpecific in this scenario

Hit 'Tab' and then select 'No' on the pop-up message.

Once a hardware list is generated, you will then see the changes on the list.
