KD Max Installation Guide - Direct Link

System Requirements:

Installing KD Max V10
Google Drive Direct Link Method

• Click on the Google Drive link that has been provided to you then and click download
  

   

• In the new tab, click on Download Anyway
  

• Once downloaded, extract all files to your C: drive
  

• Once that has been extracted open the KDMAX V10 folder and run the setup application by double clicking it
  

  
  
  

• KD Max will now run through its setup and installation process.
  Wait for this to complete and move onto the next step
  

  
  

• After the setup application has been run go through the below steps of accepting the license agreement and selecting a location to install the full KD Max V10 program (Please select the C: Drive location).

• Read the license agreement and select, I accept the agreement and click Next to continue.

• Select the C: drive folder to save the KD Max files.
  We recommend only saving these files to your C: and not a Cloud Storage Location like OneDrive, as cloud storages can cause issues with files.
  Click Next to continue.

• After that you’ll need to finalize the installation with the below steps
  
  
  

Activating KD Max V10

• Insert the grey KD Max V10 USB into the Laptop/PC.

• A driver named Senselock EliteIV v2.x will be downloaded and installed onto your device.
  
  

• Next, we will need to enter the Model Codes into the software.
  
  

• If you purchased KD Max outright you will have an email which contains all these model codes in a PDF document.
  
  

• If you’re on a payment plan with KD Max, you’ll need to contact the Tech Support team for them to add these codes in for you.

After the KD Max Model Codes have been entered, you will now be able to run KD Max V10.
