Overview
This guide is designed for new manufacturers or anyone who needs a refresher on the how to process jobs in WoodCAM and output them to CADCode.
This guide will cover how to automatically and manually process a job in WoodCAM into CADCode

Automatically Process Jobs in WoodCAM
Step 1.
Click the Export Button in WoodCAMThe Quick Export button in the top right section of WoodCAM will automatically process the job and export it to CADCode.

After clicking on the Export button, job will start to process, and you can view the progress in the bottom right corner of WoodCAM in the newly popped up window.

Once the job finishes processing, CADCode will automatically open up with the job details.

Manually Process Jobs in WoodCAM
Step 1.
Export to Post-Processor and open in CADCode
To send a job through to CADCode, you need to right click in any of the grey open space inside WoodCAM and select the Export to Post-Processor option.

You will have a pop-up in the bottom right corner of WoodCAM which contains a few settings you need to select prior to sending the job into CADCode.
1. Select the type of Export (Export the Entire Current Job) / The other options are to only export specific rooms or items
2. Make sure you select - Replace any Existing Export File
3. Click on Export once you have the correct settings selected.

Once you click Export, the window will change and start processing as shown in the below image.
(The time frame will quickly update once exporting begins, the time will always start high)

Once exported, the below will pop-up if there are any variations on the job.

Variations will open in a TXT file, most typically in the Notepad application.

Once the job has exported, CADCode will automatically open up with the job file in the CADCode Control Panel.

CADCode Doesn't Auto Open After Exporting Job Through WoodCAM
Step 1.
Go to the Mapped Data Reader tab that is to the left of the XML option. Click on Mapped Data Reader.

This should open up your WoodCAMCSVIn folder, sort the folder by Date Modified so you have the most recently imported job from WoodCAM at the top of this list.

Select the file you wish to import, click on Open and your job will open in CADCode.
