Updating Hardware Order Codes

In this example we will update the order codes and supplier for the "AdjustablePin" item.

The sample Hardware report below shows "AdjustablePins" are located in the "Accessories" table within the database.

1. Open up the database in WoodCAM by heading to Maintenance > Data File Maintenance or Ctrl +M.

2. Open the relevant Hardware table in the database.

3. Find the item you wish to change the order code for by searching for the item.

Down arrow in "Name" column > Text Filters > Contains.

4. Search for "adjustablepin".

This will filter out all items except for "adjustablepin".

5. Change the "SupplierCode" and "OrderCode" to the required information.

6. Close the database once the changes have been applied.

This method can be applied to any item appearing on the Hardware report.
