Overview
The new integration between Cabinetry.Online and Jobman helps you reduce double entry and keep your contacts and jobs in sync.
With this integration you can:
Automatically create or update Contacts in Jobman when you add or update customers in Cabinetry.Online
Automatically sync Jobs into Jobman as Leads and Quotes
Access direct links to Jobman records from your Cabinetry.Online Job Report
Save time, reduce manual errors and keep everything centralised in Jobman

Step 1: Enable the Integration
Contact Cabinetry.Online Support at support@cabinetry.online and request access to the Jobman Integration BETA.
Once enabled, log out of your Cabinetry.Online manufacturer portal and log back in.
In your menu, go to: Tools → Settings → Jobman Integration.
Step 2: Connect to Jobman
On the Jobman Integration page, click Connect to Jobman.
Sign in with your Jobman credentials.
If you see an “App not verified” message, click Advanced → Continue to proceed.
Select your organisation, ensure permissions are ticked, and click Authorise.
You will return to Cabinetry.Online, where the status will now show as Connected.
Step 3: Verify Connection
Customers: Go to your Customers page. You will now see a Jobman Connected column.
New customers will automatically be created in Jobman.
Updating an existing customer will also update them in Jobman.
Jobs:
Create a new job in Cabinetry.Online → a Lead is created in Jobman.
Submit the job → a Quote is created in Jobman.
On the Job Report page you’ll see direct links to the Jobman Lead and Quote.
How the Sync Works
Contacts:
New signups are created in Jobman automatically.
Updates to existing customers will sync changes.
Jobs:
Job creation = creates a Lead in Jobman.
Job submission = creates a Quote in Jobman.
Quotes include your Cabinetry.Online job items so you can add pricing in Jobman.
Manual Sync:
On the Job Report page, use the Sync button if you want to push data immediately.

Current Limitations
⚠️ No automatic matching to pre-existing Jobman Contacts – duplicates may occur
⚠️ Quotes arrive without labour or time allocations – these need to be managed in Jobman
⚠️ Materials and inventory sync is limited for now (phase two will expand this)
⚠️ “App not verified” message during BETA – safe to bypass with Advanced → Continue
FAQs
Do I need to set anything up in Jobman?
No. Once connected, records are created automatically. You may want to enrich products in Jobman with your own labour/time rules.
Will all my existing customers sync automatically?
Not immediately. Existing customers are created/updated in Jobman when you edit them, or when you create/submit a job for them.
What if a duplicate contact is created?
During BETA, duplicates are possible. Contact support if you need help linking to an existing Jobman contact.
Does this replace quoting in Jobman?
No. Cabinetry.Online pushes job details into Jobman, but quoting, labour and time setup remain in Jobman.
