Password Resets for Customers

Step 1. 

To reset a customers password, head to the customer/manufacturer login page and click Forgot Password. 




Step 2. 

Enter the email address requiring the password reset and click Submit. 




Step 3.

Once the password reset email has been sent to the customer, they'll have a password reset link similar to the below image.

Notes: 

If you're a manufacturer and you're unsure of how to get to the login page to reset a password. Simply log out of your manufacturer dashboard and proceed to click Forget Password on your login page.
